Hot but mid
ordered extra cheese, got regular cheese, charged for extra cheese, classic. Ordered the chicken combo on a Wednesday delivery and it was fine, nothing I'd rave about but I finished it.

Ordered the family bundle on a Sunday brunch for $38 and we had leftovers for two days, honestly shocked. I don't usually review food places but the brisket sandwich made me text my brother about it.
Flavor's okay but everything feels like it's been sitting under a lamp since lunch.
my picky 6 year old ate the whole thing without complaining which basically never happens. Portion size is honestly embarrassing in a good way, i could not finish it.
nothing fancy here just a really good sandwich at a fair price and that's enough for me.
Place is clean, bathrooms don't smell, music isn't blasting, food is solid. that's all I want.
the new breakfast wrap at 7am saved me on monday after a brutal weekend. 10/10. the woman working the window on 7th street was so sweet she threw in an extra cookie for my kid.
ordered thru the app, used a $5 off code, picked up in 8 min, chef's kiss honestly.

they fixed a missing drink in literally 2 minutes with no attitude, i'll be back. Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect.
Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect. ate it cold the next morning out of the fridge and it was still great. true test passed. The wings were still crunchy after a 22 minute delivery which is kind of a miracle.
Got the limited time burger before it left and i'm going to be sad about it for months.
Sauce options actually have flavor instead of being watery ketchup, bless them.
The staff remembered my usual after like three visits, kind of made my whole week ngl.
The fries were straight up grey, idk what oil they're using but it needs changed yesterday. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since brunch and I ordered at 8:40pm.
The guy at the counter was super nice tho, shoutout Rafi or whatever his name was. Portion looked smaller than the picture and I'm not imagining it this time.
the fries were hot which honestly was the only win here. Mid.
the broth tasted like someone's grandma made it, not a factory, which i did not expect. Been going weekly since june and they have not messed up a single order, which is wild.
Delivery driver called to say he was 3 min out which never happens anywhere else lol. fries actually salted. a radical concept apparently.
I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me. nothing fancy here just a really good sandwich at a fair price and that's enough for me.
Ordered the signature bowl for $18 and got a sad pile of lettuce with four pieces of corn on top. The soup was literally room temperature and the bread they brought was basically a brick with butter.
$12 for a meal that filled me up and still had enough for lunch next day, insane value.

Picked up curbside in like 4 minutes, bag was sealed, nothing was crushed, everything was hot.

Took it to a potluck and three people asked where it came from, I was weirdly proud.
idk why I keep ordering the same thing hoping it'll taste like 2019.

Ordered the chicken combo on a Wednesday delivery and it was fine, nothing I'd rave about but I finished it. Been going for years and the quality dips every other visit, you never know what you're walking into.

The app charged me twice and nobody at support can see the second charge even tho it's on my statement. The chicken sandwich was definately pink in the middle and I was on the toilet for 6 hours straight. Fries were limp, drink was flat, straw was broken, honestly a trifecta of disappointment.
The salad was shockingly fresh but the entree tasted microwaved, strange combo. the fries were hot which honestly was the only win here.

Dropped $18/head for four people and we all walked out full, try that at a sit down place now.

App gave me a free side for signing up and the mac was way better then it had any right to be. the broth tasted like someone's grandma made it, not a factory, which i did not expect.

I asked for no onions three times and the burger came with so many onions I thought it was a prank.
