Charged me the call-out fee just to tell me they couldn't fix it. Round two was worse than the first, which I didn't think was possible. Freezing morning and the heater guy didn't bother answering.
$79 install and he was done before my coffee got cold, honestly stunned.

The follow-up was fine but I had to chase them alot before anyone would answer the phone. fr the pricing confused me. Line items kept changing between the estimate and the invoice.
The guy was supposed to come Saturday and just didn't show. Rude on the phone, ruder in person.
