Worth the drive
Been going weekly since june and they have not messed up a single order, which is wild. ordered thru the app, used a $5 off code, picked up in 8 min, chef's kiss honestly. Mid chains could never. this one slaps.

Bun was stale, cheese didn't melt, patty had a weird gristle thing, threw the whole thing out.
nothing fancy here just a really good sandwich at a fair price and that's enough for me. the broth tasted like someone's grandma made it, not a factory, which i did not expect.
they fixed a missing drink in literally 2 minutes with no attitude, i'll be back. Portion size is honestly embarrassing in a good way, i could not finish it.
Bun was stale on one side and perfect on the other, which is a wild achievement. Paid $14.80 for a meal that tasted like it cost $7 and left me kinda sad.
I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me. Delivery driver called to say he was 3 min out which never happens anywhere else lol.

Ordered the family bundle on a Sunday brunch for $38 and we had leftovers for two days, honestly shocked.
the new breakfast wrap at 7am saved me on monday after a brutal weekend. 10/10. I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me.
The new menu is just the old menu with worse portions and $2 extra per item. ordered extra cheese, got regular cheese, charged for extra cheese, classic.
sauce was alot saltier than I remember, had to drink water the whole way home.
$12 for a meal that filled me up and still had enough for lunch next day, insane value. Crust was crispy on the bottom and the cheese pull was dumb long, perfect pie.
Last friday I waited at the counter for 15 min while three workers avoided eye contact lol.
my picky 6 year old ate the whole thing without complaining which basically never happens. Took it to a potluck and three people asked where it came from, I was weirdly proud.
Portions shrunk again, this is the third time in two months and the price went up $2. Bun was stale, cheese didn't melt, patty had a weird gristle thing, threw the whole thing out.
The staff remembered my usual after like three visits, kind of made my whole week ngl. Sauce options actually have flavor instead of being watery ketchup, bless them.

the woman working the window on 7th street was so sweet she threw in an extra cookie for my kid. Been going weekly since june and they have not messed up a single order, which is wild.
The wings were still crunchy after a 22 minute delivery which is kind of a miracle. The staff remembered my usual after like three visits, kind of made my whole week ngl. the new breakfast wrap at 7am saved me on monday after a brutal weekend. 10/10.
Place is clean, bathrooms don't smell, music isn't blasting, food is solid. that's all I want.
Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect.
ate it cold the next morning out of the fridge and it was still great. true test passed. Dropped $18/head for four people and we all walked out full, try that at a sit down place now.

The soup was literally room temperature and the bread they brought was basically a brick with butter.

Ordered the chicken combo on a Wednesday delivery and it was fine, nothing I'd rave about but I finished it. sauce was alot saltier than I remember, had to drink water the whole way home. It's not bad it's just... there, you know?

Driver dropped the bag on my porch upside down and sauce was everywhere, ugh.

Got the limited time burger before it left and i'm going to be sad about it for months. Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect.
The fries were straight up grey, idk what oil they're using but it needs changed yesterday.
Nope. Recieved cold wings, missing dip, missing the drink I paid extra for, nobody picks up when I call.
Been going for years and the quality dips every other visit, you never know what you're walking into.
Called to complain and the manager (Noor) literally sighed at me on the phone, read the room ma'am. the spicy sauce was ketchup with pepper flakes, I'm not kidding, actual grocery store ketchup.

I asked for no onions three times and the burger came with so many onions I thought it was a prank. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since brunch and I ordered at 8:40pm.
The chicken sandwich was definately pink in the middle and I was on the toilet for 6 hours straight. my salad had a bandaid in it, I will never eat here again untill the end of time.
