idk why I expected better from a dealer that advertises 'certified' and then hands you a car with mismatched tyres. Trade-in was quoted on the phone and dropped $1,700 the moment I pulled in.
The brake service was done quicker than they quoted and the price matched the estimate exactly. Lior let me take it on the motorway for the test drive which was a nice touch.
