No sketchy billing
Walked in at 8:40, out by 9:05, and the bill was $62 flat, no surprise codes.

parking was free after 6pm which sounds small but adds up when youre coming weekly
Not worth it.
I've switched three times in two years and this one finally feels like a keeper.
Ivy at the reception desk actually called me back the same day with my results.
called at 7:50 and got a same-day appt by 11, no triage drama
I asked about side effects and the guy literally shrugged, didn't even look up from his screen. Save your money.
Pharmacist spent 15 minutes explaining the interaction with my BP meds, didn't rush me once.
Their support line is a joke, I was on hold 22 minutes on a Monday just to be told to call back. Front desk lady named Karen was openly annoyed I showed up with my insurance card, like what. paid for same day shipping and it took 9 days, email asking where it was got auto replied.
my prescription was wrong by one digit on the dosage and the pharmacist caught it, not them.
Save your money. Supplement made me break out in a rash within 2 days and they refused to refund it. Charged me twice for the same visit and it took 6 weeks of emails to get one refund.
Was fine untill they moved locations and parking became a nightmare, now it's a whole thing. Paid €89 for the consult and the doc was fine but spent maybe 8 minutes with me before bouncing.
The nurse warmed the gel first and that tiny thing made the whole visit less awful. I asked a dumb question about dosage and nobody made me feel dumb about it. they emailed the lab results at 7am before i even had coffee
doctor sent a follow up text two days later just to check my ankle was healing right
Receptionist remembered my dog's name from last time lol.
Legit the best cleaning I've had, teeth felt smooth for like a week after. went in for a second opinion and left with a plan that didn't involve surgery, huge relief
The vitamins taste like chalk and I definately feel worse than before I started them lol. Paid $1,200 out of pocket and the doctor spent maybe 6 minutes with me before pushing a referral I didn't need.
Reception woman apologised when i waited an extra 6 minutes... apologised! for six minutes! booked online Tuesday night and had a slot by Thursday morning which never happens here
the app crashes everytime I try to book a follow up, been like this for weeks.
my therapist does late evening sessions and takes insurance which is basically a unicorn
the receptionist was rude when I asked about my bill, like I was wasting her time or something ugh The nurse was lovely but the doctor talked over me the whole 8 minutes I was in there.

front desk let me reschedule twice without any passive aggressive sighing
Saved my week.
Billing was itemised, every line made sense, no mystery $200 facility fee at the end. Ivy at the reception desk actually called me back the same day with my results.
The telehealth app is clunky but the prescriber actually listened which is more than I can say for my last GP.
the vitamin they recommended actually fixed my fatigue in like three weeks, not a placebo thing Reception woman apologised when i waited an extra 6 minutes... apologised! for six minutes!
The hygienist, I think her name was Priya, was so gentle I almost fell asleep in the chair. the clinic smelled like actual citrus not that fake lemon disinfectant stuff

Package arrived crushed, two of the bottles had broken seals, and they want me to pay return shipping? my prescription was wrong by one digit on the dosage and the pharmacist caught it, not them.
Portal login has been broken since September, their IT just says use a different browser idk. Charged me twice for the same visit and it took 6 weeks of emails to get one refund.
I asked about side effects and the guy literally shrugged, didn't even look up from his screen. Save your money.
Called 4 times to get test results, kept getting transfered, finally gave up and switched clinics.
idk, it helped a little, not sure it was worth $39 a month though.
Pharmacist spent 15 minutes explaining the interaction with my BP meds, didn't rush me once.
Reception on hold music is unhinged, 22 minutes of smooth jazz before anyone picked up.
the clinic smelled like actual citrus not that fake lemon disinfectant stuff I thought the £58 copay was a mistake till they explained the sliding scale.
booked online Tuesday night and had a slot by Thursday morning which never happens here
Was dreading the bill and it came out $28 cheaper than the quote, who does that anymore. Walked in at 8:40, out by 9:05, and the bill was $62 flat, no surprise codes.

I like my new GP, she listens, but getting an appointment is like winning the lottery. Decent care, bad admin, that's my one line review.

Would I recommend? to a friend who's broke, yeah, to a friend with options, probably not. The massage therapist was amazing, 10/10, but the chiropractor part felt like a cash grab honestly.
Scheduled a 10am slot, didn't get seen untill 11:15, no explanation.
Dermatologist was sharp but the aesthetician upsold me on a $120 serum I definately didn't need. Pills themselves do what they say, I just wish the packaging wasn't so obviously cheap for $38 a month. Follow-up care is where they drop the ball, nobody called to check in like they said they would.
