Legit the smoothest check-in I've had in ages. They answered on a Sunday night and still got me rebooked by Monday morning.

The transfer was a joke, the driver dropped us at the wrong hotel. They cancelled a holiday-week flight at 3am and didn't offer a hotel voucher. idk why I trusted the reviews, the room smelled like a damp basement.
