idk what I was worried about, the whole trade-in took under an hour. Ben at the desk talked me through everything without pushing extras and I walked out with keys and a grin.
Trade-in came in at $4,900 which was honestly better than the two quotes I got elsewhere.

lol they wanted premium prices for tyres you can get down the road for $180 fitted. Felt lied to from the handshake. Imani hid the second key behind a $150 'processing' fee that was never on the quote.
The dealer gave me real coffee and a proper chair during the wait, small things matter. No pressure, no games, nothing.

Pip was great, the service bay wasn't. Got the oil change done but they forgot to reset the light. the quoted tyres were highway robbery, I shopped around after and found better. Still gave two stars for Sal though.

Decent, nothing special. went back for a follow up and alot of the issues from the first visit were still there, really mixed feelings.
