Landed two hours late last Monday and they handed out water bottles, so points for effort I guess. tbh the booking agent tried to upsell me a package I didn't need, I pushed back and got a decent rate anyway.
They answered on a Sunday night and still got me rebooked by Monday morning. Yui held our reservation when our connection got delayed. havent felt that looked after in years.
